I'm a complete dork. My reasoning behind the username must've been something as inane as "I kinda like pink. And I'm such a minx." Not one of my brighter moments.

My excuse for having a public journal in which to mock people and institutions, mainly myself? Still unclear. I like to think this project has more to do with life as art and less to do with shameless exhibitionism, but I could be wrong.

I co-habit with someone who's as awesome as he is whimsical (he thinks I have a cat parasite, whatever that is) and am now incubating our offspring, tentatively named sack facehugger blob kickboxer blob. I assume we'll become perfectly tolerable hippie parents, just without the smell and the fashion sense.

I talk a lot about food. No, that's a lot. Relatedly, I cook like a madwoman and bake when I can be bothered to. (I dislike the part where you can't taste whatever-it-is-you're-working-on until it's ready, so my baking tends to be limited to when I'm feeling particularly patient.)
